Refund policy

You may notify us that you wish to return a standard product within 14 days after receiving it. Email jusmir.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Please contact us for return instructions before sending a parcel, and return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Do not send unsolicited returns to a printing facility.

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. Please handle products only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and function; you may be responsible for diminished value caused by additional handling.

For a valid withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and the standard outbound delivery charge. Additional express-delivery costs are not refundable. We issue refunds to the original payment method within 14 days of notification, but may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever comes first.

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, email us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photographs. We will arrange an appropriate remedy without limiting your statutory rights. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods.

Our current designs are standard designs. Printing an item only after it is ordered does not by itself remove your withdrawal rights. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment; statutory withdrawal rights also apply where required by law.
