Shipping policy

Our products are printed to order and shipped directly by our production partner, Printful. Production takes place before shipment; dispatch and delivery times vary by product, destination, and carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. We serve supported international destinations; some countries and regions are excluded because our production partner cannot reliably deliver there. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Please check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error, email jusmir.shop@gmail.com promptly with your order number. Changes may no longer be possible once production or dispatch has begun.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import charges that are not included in checkout unless expressly stated. If tracking stops updating, your parcel does not arrive, or an item arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
