About JUSMIR
JUSMIR is a small, independent online store for people who fix their own cars. We sell a focused range of hand tools for the jobs that come up most often: stuck bolts and stripped screws, spark plugs and oil changes, interior trim and tire punctures.
How we choose our tools
We only list tools that do one job well. Every product page gives exact sizes, what is in the box and what the tool is not suited for, so you can check it fits your car before you order. If you are not sure, send us your car model and the job, and we will tell you honestly whether the tool is right for it. Our repair guides explain how to do the most common jobs step by step.
How your order works
We work with fulfillment partners who pack and ship your order directly to you from warehouses in Asia and the EU. That is how we keep prices fair and shipping free. Your contract is with JUSMIR, and we look after your order from checkout to delivery, including returns and any problems on the way.
- Free tracked shipping to 30 countries, with your tracking number sent by email.
- Delivery usually takes 9-18 working days to Europe, the UK and the US, and 10-25 working days elsewhere.
- 30-day returns. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded.
